Position Title: IT Senior Manager, Corporate Applications

Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Corporate Applications with extensive experience in managing SAP, Hyperion, and other financial applications integration projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving the design, implementation, and optimization of corporate application systems, specifically focusing on SAP and Hyperion. As the Senior Manager of Corporate Applications, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with business processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial reporting across the organization.
Responsibilities
Application Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate application strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. Lead the assessment and selection of new technologies to enhance financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.
SAP and Hyperion Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SAP and Hyperion systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of these systems with other corporate applications and data sources.
Integration Expertise: Drive the integration of financial applications with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms. Develop and implement data flows and interfaces to ensure accurate and timely information exchange across the organization.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within financial application workflows. Work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experiences.
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate application projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Management: Build and lead a team of skilled professionals responsible for corporate application management, support, and development. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with software vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage their expertise and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of corporate applications.
Financial Reporting Enhancement: Partner with finance and accounting teams to enhance financial reporting capabilities through application enhancements and data integrations. Ensure accurate and reliable financial data for decision-making.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard corporate application systems and sensitive financial data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during application upgrades, migrations, and changes in business processes.
Qualifications:
o Other: Ensures compliance with applicable company, state, and federal laws, statutes, and regulations, as appropriate. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IS, Engineering, Computing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Substantial experience in IS, with successful experience managing major, complex applications development projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5-7 years of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
7-10 years financial applications - SAP, Hyperion (similar HFM), Concur and other Treasury.
Strong expertise in financial application integration, data flows, and interfaces.
Ability to solve technical and operational problems.
Knowledge of financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals.
Relevant certifications in SAP, Hyperion, or project management would be advantageous.
Ability to produce and maintain necessary documentation.
Excellent customer service and project management skills.
Expected to work outside normal working hours supporting other regions as required.
