AECOM is seeking an experience Senior Electrical Engineer- Team Lead to be based in Chicago, IL.

Our Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building and system engineering, urbanism and planning (inclusive of landscape design), strategy + (workplace consulting), economics, technology solutions, asset advisory, and cost and program management. This diverse team assists our clients from strategy through project realization, creating positive outcomes for those who occupy and use the buildings and environments we help to create. Our Chicago studio focuses on the Commercial/Corporate, Science and Technology, Higher Education and Federal market sectors. Job Description:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provides technical leadership and applies thorough and diversified knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices to all projects.
Responsible for customer satisfaction on AECOM's performance. Regularly meets with customers to ensure that we are providing quality installations and meeting their individual needs.
Electrical engineering from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy
Researches, develops, designs, specifies and witnesses the testing of electrical systems, equipment, components and materials, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering
Team and project discipline leadership including ownership of team metrics such as finances, utilization, and performance
Serve as mentor by coaching and inspiring engineering teams and individuals; grows and develops staff
Work with Managing Principal and Regional Engineering Leads to achieve business and practice goals
Review team member work for quality and recognition of training requirements
Interact and work with diverse set of clients and subcontractors
Client account leadership, including development of client plans and the identification, positioning, pursuit and securing of new business.
