Engineering Manager HVAC

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Engineering Manager HVAC for an automotive parts manufacturer and distributor company in the Lewisville, TX area. As the Engineering Manager HVAC, you will be managing a team to design and develop replacement products for electric vehicles, manage and lead the design of products, plan and develop short and long-term plans for new products development, provide technical support and system analysis and create employee development plans. Qualified candidates must have a Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7-15+ years of design and development of automotive thermal systems and components with HVAC systems for hybrid or electric vehicle experience.

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager HVAC:

• 7-15 years of design and development of automotive thermal systems and components with HVAC systems for Hybrid or electric vehicle experience
• Master/Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with management of teams
• Aftermarket parts experience
• Interpret and review technical drawings, GD&T and tolerance stacks
• Basic 3D CAD knowledge, reviewing designs within SolidWorks
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate in a cross functional group
• Have a high level of technical understanding
• Working knowledge and experience with test, design and manufacturing

Compensation for the Engineering Manager HVAC:

• Direct Hire
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Salary: $145K and up (based on experience)
