What you'll do:
- Lead commissioning/start-up and warranty support for utility BESS facilities.
- Draft and manage project-specific commissioning plans.
- Collaborate on and execute commissioning procedures.
- Develop and oversee Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) plans.
- Supervise installation and testing of Communication/SCADA hardware.
- Direct Commissioning Specialists and Vendor representatives, ensuring safety and quality.
- Provide daily project updates and manage engineering tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or 7+ years' equivalent experience.
- Project Management Training and Certification preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in electrical utility-scale project management.
- Knowledge of BESS, NFPA/NEC, NESC, NFPA 70E, IEEE/IES/API Standards.
- Proficiency in NFPA 70E safety requirements and outage coordination.
- Valid Driver's License with significant travel capacity.
