Position Summary:
The ERP analyst is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of ERP systems software and related infrastructure.
This individual primarily supports the user base through operational problem solving, documentation, and training. Strata Clean Energy uses the Vista by Viewpoint for the ERP, and the ERP Analyst will need to be an expert in the core ERP as well as any integrated tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- ERP user administration and security
- Work with users and vendors to resolve operational issues
- Development and administration of reports
- Develop processes and configuration standards and produce supporting documentation
- ERP training (onboarding and ongoing)
- ERP knowledge base creation and maintenance
- Project and implementation support
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science (or 2 years relevant work experience)
- Accounting education or work experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft office suite, including advanced Excel
