TITLE: Senior GIS Analyst / Image Analyst - Geospatial Data Management, GIS Solutions, Imagery Analysis

LOCATION: ON-SITE (Anchorage, AK)

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually but may vary based on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

DURATION: Regular Full Time

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is an experienced-level position as a Senior GIS Analyst / Image Analyst. You will be responsible for designing and developing geospatial data and solutions to enhance the efficiency, performance, and value of enterprise geospatial systems. • Design and develop geospatial data and solutions
• Analyze end user needs and develop GIS solutions
• Execute project tasks within schedule and budget
• Prepare estimates, write proposals, and perform imagery analysis
• Assist clients and project teams with GIS-related development and geospatial support

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in geospatial data management, development, and maintenance
• Experience with GIS data migration projects
• Experience processing and interpretation of various sources of remotely sensed data, including high-resolution aerial, video, and lidar data
• Ability to generate a variety of imagery products and reports, such as orthomosaics, digital elevation models, time-series analysis, and change detection
• Proficient with complex GIS concepts such as Geometric Networks, Topology, Spatial Joins, and Spatial Projections
• Familiarity with ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and UAV air quality monitoring data is helpful but not required
• Previous work experience in professional services or consulting industry is ideal
