Pay Range: $20 - $24 / hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities working on projects including NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEM, DOE Clean Energy initiatives ranging from nuclear fusion and the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-e), and other cutting-edge projects.

We are seeking a Wiring and Harness Technician on 1st shift (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30 pm).

Wiring and Harness Technician Responsibilities:

• Mount and wire electro-mechanical components such as motors, wire harnesses, controllers and fans.
• Work with manual and semi-automated wire strippers and crimpers to assemble wired components to engineering specifications.
• Inspect crimp joints to ensure crimp meets specifications.
• Work closely with engineers and assembly personnel
• Document and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain clean and safe production area.
• Perform component level troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support other areas of assembly and manufacturing as needed.
• Assist with packaging and preparing product for shipment.
• Assist with end of year physical inventory count.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Wiring and Harness Technician Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 1-year experience wiring electrical components (required)
• Experience of Molex connectors (preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard (preferred)
• Knowledge of Aerospace, Automotive, or Medical quality standard (preferred)
• Experience soldering and inspecting solder joins (required)
• Pre-employment drug test (for substances illegal in the state of CO), background check and employment verification through E-Verify
• References are required and will be checked
