Qualifications Required (Skills)

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on software design of rugged networking equipment, preferably related to Ethernet.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, Spanning Tree, QoS, SNMP, and TCP/IP.
Experience in embedded software development using programming languages like C/C++ and familiarity with real-time operating systems (Linux RTOS).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and solutions.
Must have a Secret clearance.

Qualifications Desired

Knowledge of network security principles, encryption algorithms, and secure protocols.
Familiarity with industrial and ruggedization standards (e.g., MIL-STD, IP rating, shock/vibration resistance) is highly desirable.
