Position Overview:

Edgesource is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMA) to oversee contract efforts in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). This position can support a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days being performed remotely and with onsite duties being conducted at the client site located in Arlington, VA.

DHS CISA SED - SRMA includes program and project management, program and project planning support, operations and administration support as required by the government program office.

CISA is the operational lead for federal cybersecurity and the national coordinator for critical infrastructure security and resilience, designed for collaboration and partnership. The SED leads CISA's national and international voluntary partnerships and engagements while serving as the agency's hub for the shared stakeholder information that unifies CISA's approach to whole-of-nation operational collaboration and information sharing. Securing our nation's cyber and physical infrastructure is a shared responsibility that puts persistent stakeholder engagement and collaboration at the heart of SED's mission to lead the national effort to understand, manage, and reduce risk to our cyber and physical infrastructure.

Job Duties:

Provide subject matter expertise in areas relevant to the SED Mission Support Services task order.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution, compliance with the SOW, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct comprehensive program analysis, evaluation, and furnish recommendations for enhancement, optimization, development, and maintenance initiatives pertaining to client-specific or mission-critical challenges and issues.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation relating to program activities, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and problems, oversee studies, and lead surveys to gather and analyze data, offering strategic counsel and presenting solution recommendations.
Act as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Must possess a current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information Eligibility (TS/SCI).
Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant management experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of relevant management experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and technical guidance.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to recommend solutions.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

DHS CISA specific program management experience.
PMP or other relevant certifications.
