Job Description HII Mission Technologies is one of Forbes Best Large Employers of 2023 and the largest Military Shipbuilder in the US HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Cyber Network Analyst to provide contract support to the DON CIO program, for the Cyber Information Security Office (CISO) at the Pentagon. The position will support the CISO within the Department of Navy (DON), Chief Information Office (CIO) by reviewing new Information Technology (IT) systems, looking at legacy Navy IT systems and making recommendations on how to improve or upgrade the Navy IT infrastructure. Also look at new technology coming in the near term and future and advise the CISO on these different systems and how it can benefit the Navy. What you will do Recommend security mitigations and architectural changes to address deficiencies identified in programs, policies, plans, doctrine, or audits.
Zero Trust Authority Technical Expertise:
Initiate, track, and report on Zero Trust and other Cybersecurity tasks assigned to DON CIO Cybersecurity
Conduct analysis of Zero Trust alternatives or strategies to address department security concerns.
Track ZT status/progression reports; develop and maintain a TABLEAU data driven dashboard listing overdue program responses.
Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM) Expertise:
Develop Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions, roadmaps and data requirements for the DON CIO Cybersecurity office.
What you must have Editing skills: Draft cybersecurity policy, procedures, and memorandum with minimum oversight and grammatical errors
Ablilty to capture requirements and draft presentations to represent technical cybersecurity architectures and other cybersecurity initiatives.
Project Management skills: Draft and track cybersecurity-related projects, to include program plans, strategies, and roadmaps, using DON-provided tools with minimum guidance.
Communication Skills: Distill technical topics into language for non-technical or/and senior government personnel enabling decisions on cybersecurity-related or risk management topics.
Experience 10 Years of experience and a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Clearance: Secret clearance level
Bonus Points for Experience working in either the Department of Navy, Department of Army, or Department of Air Force Chief Information office (CIO)

Physical Requirements This position will be a hybrid work position, which will require going into the Pentagon at least one day per week.
