Job Description HII Mission Technologies is looking for a motivated self-starter with experience flying United States military fighter aircraft to join our test team at Eglin Air Force Base in sunny Florida. Support is needed for testing mission planning software and support systems at The Operational Flight Program Combined Test Force. As a test engineer you will develop, maintain, and execute test plans, including the development of test methodology and support software, for Air Force mission planning system (MPS) operational testing. Specifically, the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) as it is currently configured for F-15 fighter aircraft. Essential Job Responsibilities Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
Coordinates integrated testing activities.
Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
15 years of relevant experience flying and planning in United States military fighter aircraft
TS/SCI (current within past two years)
Preferred Requirements F-15 fighter aircraft experience
Operational test experience JMPS experience
Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, aircraft, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
