We employ approximately 4,300 people in North America, Europe and Asia.
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to use core competencies to achieve results; develop soft skills and teamwork.
Requirements
BSEE degree from a four-year college or university required
10+ years engineering experience in Electrical product design.
Experience within an automotive manufacturing environment a definite plus.
Supervisory experience
Microsoft Project
Experience managing projects and leading project teams a plus.
Ability to design and develop electronic hardware, software, and firmware for automotive electronic devices
Ability to simulate, test, optimize, and verify designs through all phases of product development
Experience with digital and analog electronics
Experience with Schematic Capture, PCB Layout software a plus
Experience in C Language
Understanding of bills of material, engineering prints, quality documentation, work instructions, and other forms of controlled documentation
Ability to support production with existing product (and production equipment)
Experience with pressure and position sensors a plus
