Summary
As the Operations Manager you are responsible for leading the daily operations of the Fleet team. You will also be managing the development and implementation of end-to-end fleet lifecycle strategies while also maintaining optimal fleet availability levels across multiple metros. You will provide leadership and guidance to Team Members and handle escalated operational issues to provide a positive experience to our members. Additionally, use sound business judgment to resolve service, operational, and technology issues as well as overall team performance.
Essential Functions
Service Venture and Members: Lead the best-in-class operations and provide solutions for improving operational efficiency
Lead procurement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all supply and service vendors relevant to operations
Manage inventory: Direct the inventory management of assets related to the assigned venture
Optimize: Use data to maximize asset utilization rate
Develop: Responsible for the hiring, transferring, promoting or terminating of team members
Execute: Delegate daily/weekly workload to deliver on operational goals and metrics
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
You have an interest in future mobility, automated vehicles, and advanced safety technology
You have strong verbal, writing and presentation skills.
You effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed
You demonstrate curiosity, bias for action, and drive to self-start
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
5+ years of operations leadership experience (preferred)
Vendor negotiation and contract development experience (preferred)
Valid Drivers license required
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Work outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds
Work in all weather and all traffic conditions
target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $90,000.00 - Mid: $111,885.00- Max: $138,525.00
