Job Description
Select Water Solutions' Director will assist in the strategic, legislative, contractual and technical functioning of the division and the regions. This includes dealing with various entities, source right owners, regional management, divisional management and customers. This position also involves regional operations support, business sales, customer engagement and future development strategies. Some time spent in the field is expected.

Job Description
Select Water Solutions' Director will assist in the strategic, legislative, contractual and technical functioning of the division and the regions. This position also involves regional operations support, business sales, customer engagement and future development strategies. Some time spent in the field is expected.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Provides leadership and ensures accountability in promoting a strong safety culture throughout the region service line.
- Direct P&L, balance sheet and annual budget responsibility for service line within the region.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies, both internal and external (HR/OSHA/SOX/DOT, etc.).
- Works closely with region administrative functions to ensure timely and consistent delivery of information related to customer/vendor/employee transactions.
- Provide information to regional sales efforts.
- Work with Region VP to ensure that company facilities are sufficient for current and future operations requirements.
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with clientele on regional level.
- Communicate to the regional service line personnel the region and company's plans, strategies and philosophies and ensure alignment of the region service line.
- Provide weekly detailed reports to Region VP regarding ongoing and future operations and financial data for region service line.
- Work as a peer with the Service Line VPs to ensure the maximum market penetration and profitability of all service lines within the region.
- Responsible for region service line personnel planning and development.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years managing a business unit.
- 7-10 years of oil and gas experience.
- Must have working knowledge of oil and gas field infrastructure services and oil and gas fluid handling services.
- Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 Business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Energy service company management experience helpful.
- Ability to motivate individuals from different organizations to focus on achieving a common goal.
- Ability to think outside the box and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.

Physical Demands and Exposures
- Traditional Monday through Friday, 8 - 5 pm, unless operational tempo and requirements dictate otherwise.
- Position works inside a climate-controlled environment a majority of the time.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
