Our team is integral to the success of the Integration System Program Office (TISP), the EO Sensor Integration Division (TISE), and the SAR Sensor Integration Division (TISR) program. Role Overview:
As a Mid-level Systems Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our technical staff, working closely with NGA and other government agencies. Your role will involve a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, and maintainability across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements and solutions engineering, focusing on reliability, resiliency, and service development.
- Engage in system integration, testing, and evaluation across various GEOINT platforms.
- Analyze user requirements and develop solutions designs based on new technology.
- Support the translation of mission requirements into systems requirements and solutions.
- Participate in systems integration activities and assist in various analyses including AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
- Collaborate in strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design. Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Systems Engineering, or related technical/scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable mid-level experience in systems engineering within government or industry, particularly in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES Process, or large complex System of Systems/Service Oriented Architecture in cloud/on-premise/hybrid infrastructures. Desired:
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, Software Development Frameworks. - INCOSE ASEP certification.
- Experience in geospatial intelligence.
- Active participation in professional organizations like ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM, USGIF.
- Knowledge in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, GIS, geomatics.
- Understanding of the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
- Prior experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC, or DoD projects.
