Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of applications, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and efficient.
2. Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed electrical designs and schematics.
3. Design power systems, considering factors such as energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Develop and implement lighting system designs that meet project requirements and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces.
5. Produce Building Information Modeling (BIM) outputs, collaborating with other professionals to ensure coordinated design across disciplines.
6. Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.
7. Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
8. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, including experience in Electrical Systems Design, AutoCAD, Power System Design, Lighting System Design, BIM Production, and Construction Documentation.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power systems, and lighting systems.
5. Demonstrated experience in BIM production and construction documentation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify and resolve issues.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
8. Commitment to staying current on industry trends and advancements, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
