As an RF Engineer, you are responsible for expanding Crescend's products and technical capabilities in new and existing markets including CMOSS, electronic warfare, counter IED, and manned and unmanned ground and air vehicle systems.

What success looks like in this role:

Leads development of new RF amplifier products for Crescend's business opportunities.

Leads engineering application and internal development projects for the expansion of functionality of current process

capabilities by increasing frequency ranges, decreasing form factors, and new technology insertion opportunities.

Interfaces with Business Development team, including customers which include prime defense contractors to, for

early participation in new product development efforts.

Crescend's RF Engineers use a wide range skills and expertise to pair our capabilities with solutions to serve its

customers and their businesses. This role reports to the Crescend Technologies Engineering Manager at its York, PA location.
Requirements:

Qualifications

Completion of a Bachelors' degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering; and 2 years of experience (5 years preferred)

in applied RF technology design or manufacturing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient

to successfully perform the essential duties of the job).
