Program Integrator (E-CAD) - C5ISR Prototype Integration Facility - This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced program with DCS Corp's U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -Ground Vehicle Systems Center engineering group supporting the Prototyping Integration Facility (PIF) of the Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center (C5ISR) at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ areas. This project will provide the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Futures Command, U.S. Special Forces and the U.S. Marine Corps integration of C5ISR operational prototypes onto a range Military Weapon Systems & Platforms (air, ground & sea) as well as performing C5ISR prototyping, integration, and testing support based on Real-World emerging needs of the Warfighter.

Essential Job Functions:

Strong understanding of PTC Creo Schematics and PTC Creo Parametric with Piping and Cabling Extension (PCX), Harness Manufacturing Extension (HMS) and Windchill PLM for electrical design and documentation.

Use CAD software (PTC CREO) to document electrical design and will suggest and implement improvements in design methods and procedures.

Ability to communicate and work in an integrated team of Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, CAD designers, electrical integrators and technicians throughout the design, build, test, and fielding process. Must have experience in:

Creo Schematics.

Creo Parametric.

Creo Piping and Cabling Extension (PCX).

Windchill PLM.

Microsoft 365.

Ability to read and create electrical CAD models and drawings.

Work closely with design originators, preparing CAD/CAM drawings/models of unusual, complex, or original designs, which require a high degree of precision.

Perform unusually difficult assignments requiring considerable initiative, resourcefulness, and drafting expertise.

Assure that anticipated problems in manufacture, assembly, installation, and operation are resolved by the drawing produced.

Ability to support Govt in planning, cost/risk analysis, design, engineering and/or logistics planning (as required).

Provide integration of design throughout life cycle of assigned weapon system.

Provide technical oversight of assigned program initiatives.

Ensure effective program implementation. Analyzes, balances, and reconciles program requirements with available resources.

Coordinate, integrate, present, and defend assigned programs.

Exercise independent judgment in selecting and interpreting data based on knowledge of the design intent.

Comfortable working and executing tasks independently while directly supporting customers.

Required Skills:

Requires BS in Engineering, Business, Accounting or a related scientific / technical discipline and 8 years' experience. Direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.

Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance.

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

Strong communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience working with Army ground vehicle platforms, prototyping, integration, and testing support for C5ISR equipment.

Familiarity with Military specifications and standards, SAE Standards, and IPC/WWMA-A-620.

Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Windchill software.

Proficient use with 2D/3D CAD systems including 5-7 years' experience using PTC CREO with cable harness routing.
