Mindbank Consulting Group anticipates an opportunity for an experienced Program Analyst with a Secret clearance and specific expertise in N2N6, enterprise networking, and cybersecurity. This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in Arlington, VA. Salary up to $150K depending upon each candidate s experience and skills. This is a 5+-year long contract supporting the Navy.

In this role, our consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and controlling performance of technical, business, and financial goals and for ensuring objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. You will: be the primary interface with client management personnel; coordinate all parties to tasks; perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality, and adherence; and lead/facilitate client meetings.

Candidates for this opportunity must have the following in order to be considered:

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor s Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Sciences, Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, Data Science, or Operations Research.
  • Ten (10) years overall experience Active/ Guard/Reserve Duty, United States Government (USG) Civilian, or Defense Contractor.
  • Ten (10) years of direct full-time work experience in two or more of the 8 (ISC) security domains (CBK) and recent development, implementation, and/or support of Cyber Security solutions and identifying performance risk OR in capability definition and operation Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems and/or unmanned systems.
  • Two (2) years serving at a high level in Office of the Secretary of Defense or equivalent, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Military Department or Service, Agency, or Intel Community (IC).
  • Expert level skills in data-mining RAPS, PBIS, PBIS-IT, DITPR-DON, DADMS, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of historical cost/budgeting and knowledge of and experience working within and across the entire N2N6D portfolio
