Responsibilities to Anticipate: • Support program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing management of cost and schedule integration. • Provide finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization objectives for classified programs including completing quarterly Estimate-At-Completes (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) for assigned programs. • Partner with program managers and participate in the preparation of forecasts, budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, headcount planning, sales outlook, and variance analysis. • Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers and IOTs, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate. • Provide weekly reporting and monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with contract line-item detail. • Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs with focus on accuracy and on time delivery. • Provide financial support to several classified efforts. Basic Qualifications: • Strong excel skills. • US Citizenship with current and active SSBI clearance, and CI Polygraph • Experience in Program Controls on earned-value programs, including a solid understanding of Earned Value Management fundamentals. • This position requires a current and active SSBI clearance. An existing CI polygraph is also required. • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Typically requires 5 years of relevant work experience; OR Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant work experience. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with evolving contractual requirements and frequent change traffic. • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility. • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments. • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and reconciliations. • Experience using SAP, ForProject, PMX, RPlan, EDIT+ • Experience in performing cost control and analysis functions on U.S. Government contracts. • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations. • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
