We are seeking a Propulsion Analyst to support the F-35 program. The position is located in Arlington, VA, and is a hybrid opportunity. Essential Job Responsibilities Support F-35 Propulsion PMO in developing and executing long-term F-135 propulsion sustainment contract.
Analyze performance requirements and metrics of multiple individual contracts for possible inclusion in future overarching F-35 long-term sustainment contract.
Coordinate with Propulsion System SMEs to develop sustainment requirements for Annualized and Non-Annualized efforts which will include organizing and conducting meetings to identify new requirements and updating existing requirements due to evolving cost and schedule constraints.
Support the F-135 engine Long Term Sustainment Metrics Working Group focusing on refining performance requirements and metrics for F-135 engine OEM.
Draft Performance Work Statement and supporting documents and CDRLs for inclusion in future F-135 engine Long Term Sustainment contract.
Review PWS and CLINs to ensure they are executable and appropriate for the OEM to deliver the expected results.
Minimum Qualifications 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field. Experience in acquisition, logistics, supply chain, or maintenance planning.
Knowledge of DoD policies and processes related to planning.
Clearance: An active SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Requirements Experience with F-35 acquisition or program management.
Experience with F-35 propulsion acquisition.
Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
