We'll help you develop the career you want as you chart your own course for success. Minimum Requirements: US citizenship with a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
4+ years of experience performing on a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, requirement documents, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control, or engineering review
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
Experience using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience with JIRA or Confluence
Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is: $100,000.00 - $166,000.00 annually.
