Job Details

Conduct cutting-edge research and experiments to develop high-performance battery technologies.
Test and analyze new battery materials and technologies, making recommendations based on findings.
Create electrochemical cells for in-depth characterization studies.
Collaborate with fellow scientists and engineers to design innovative battery technologies.
Apply for grants, generate Intellectual Property, and mentor junior R&D team members for project success.

Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone With:

A Ph.D. in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in national laboratories or commercial/industrial battery R&D.
Deep knowledge of lithium-ion battery materials and electrochemistry.
Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
High motivation and a strong sense of purpose for environmental sustainability.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

On-site position in Princeton/Bordentown, NJ.
Ability to work in a research lab and wear protective equipment.
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing various physical tasks as needed.
