Description Quattro Consulting is seeking Communications and Technology Engineers for a potential contract within the Department of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Integrate Radio Frequency (RF), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), networking, Command and Control (C2) and sensor software and equipment designed for mobile platforms including military vehicles and man-portable modules. Provide support for communication systems from tactical networking, SATCOM, ground radios, and terrestrial high capacity communications, tactical software applications and services, and data optimization and transmission over terrestrial and satellite communications. Provide RF support with connections such as but not limited to link 16, link 11, link 22, Common Data Link (CDL), Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Composite Tracking Network (CTN) and other relevant network links from High Frequency (HF) to Extremely High Frequency (EHF). Provide antenna testing support and assist with the Satellite Access Requests (SAR). Provide RF system integration with radio, network, and communication equipment. Perform signature management analysis to determine RF emissions related to antenna patterns and co-site interference using RF analysis equipment (e.g. Spectrum Guard PRO). Provide support for Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Commercial SATCOM, Military SATCOM hardware and software. Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. This position is contingent on contract award. Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Experience in R/F Engineering, including RF Communication Systems such as Terrestrial Wideband Transmission System, Tactical Radio Systems, IBS, SATCOM hardware and software, GBS, etc. Experience with military technologies and system integration and testing functions. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
