Who We Are: HII-MT, Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Field Service Representative to work out of a Edgewood, MD office in support of the Army Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) mission. HII helps solve tough national security challenges for the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and federal civilian agencies. Our expert capabilities include intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), and cyber; secure enterprise IT engineering and operations; military training and simulation; logistics management and integrated product support; and fleet maintenance, modernization, repair and sustainment. What You Will Do: The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors. Provides technical program and equipment expertise in the area of both COTS and GOTS CBRN equipment.
Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance and functional testing equipment.
Identifies systemic problem trends and/or recurring equipment quality issues and provides feedback to supervisors and field units.
Recommends actions to resolve logistics management and operational problems with the goal of optimizing and improving current processes and systems.
Gathers and disseminates logistical information including readiness reports, pending shipment status, maintenance records, etc.
Tracks supported unit's inventory and prepares order quantities.
Tracks resupply activities.
What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience
Logistics experience
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Requirements Military background
Familiarization with the DCRF Mission.
Familiarization with emergency management principles.
Familiarization with OSHA and NFPA regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarization with using Logistic Information System(s).
Physical Requirements Able to work in warehouse environments.
Able to lift 30 lbs.
