Job Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: As the Senior Program Management Analyst, you will join a team of dedicated aviation professionals supporting NAVAIR's Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262). This is an on-site position that will require an active Secret security clearance. In this role you will be responsible for the following: Participating in the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Configuration Management (CM) approval process in Enterprise Change Management (ECM)
Leading and coordinating communication across IPTs to bridge Production, Sustainment, Technical, and Functional areas on ECP
Facilitating communication between the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturer to bridge production, sustainment, and technical areas on ECP implications and contracting strategies
Directing both PMA-262 and prime contractor CM teams on prioritization of ECPs to be approved based on the Production IPT contracting action timelines
Analyzing requirements, statuses, budget, and schedules
Performing management, technical, or business case analyses
Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Applying government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management Requirements Who You Are: You have a bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience. If you do not hold a bachelor's degree, additional years of related experience may be substituted.
Experience supporting a NAVAIR program is highly desired
You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
You have professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision
You have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
