Who We Are HII- Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join our Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) team to support a Navy Customer and be the central point for all things pertaining to the office supporting our customer in daily administrative matters. What You Will Do Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Works closely with onboarding government staff and government contractor employees to ensure they receive their Common Access Card, Computer Access, and any other requirements. Provide travel notifications, which includes travel briefs, foreign travel notifications, and foreign travel debriefs. Must be a great communicator, highly organized, and extremely proactive. Analysis & interpretation. Full working knowledge of procedures and practices. Monitors work operations of exempt and/or non-exempt employees on a daily basis and actively assists or provides direction to subordinates as required. May perform, especially in staff or professional groups, on-going operational tasks of organizational groups. What We Are Looking For 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
Experience in scheduling high profile customer organizations classified meetings.
Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), resolving travel authorizations/voucher concerns on the Government Travel site (DTS).
Must have experience with Defense Information Security System (DISS), to include reviewing employees security status (Assigned to Customer Program), security access, and suitability. Also, have experience in submitting and reviewing Visitor Access Request (VAR).
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel to maintain and capture data in spreadsheets.
Experience with Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS).
Preferred: Bonus Points For Experience operational, personnel, and physical security SOPs/policies in support of operations within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, Cable Landing Stations, Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems, etc.
Experience with Department level Doctrine review and assessments supporting standard evaluations and department organization management.
Experience with Leadership Management, Security Management, Policy & Procedure Review, Communication & Briefing, and Derivative Classification.
Physical Requirements May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
