Yulista Solutions LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Program Analyst role is a mid-level position with many of the primary functions being programmatic. A successful candidate effectively carries out, with timeliness, the direction and instructions of a senior level management in providing operations support to Program Managers and Leads. Candidate must be available as necessary outside normal business hours to respond to unforeseen events that impact mission readiness of strategic national security missions. Candidates should be self-motivated, adaptable, and exhibit the ability and willingness to learn rapidly and execute business and operations processes critical to maintaining the operational tempo of the organization. Candidates should have a strong desire to grow and progress in program management and actively seek the knowledge and experience to positively impact the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Execute purchase orders and sustainment of aircraft; gather and analyze existing documentation to support the design, development, and implementation effort of aviation sustainment operations with the various contracts held by the company. Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts and to conduct information gathering from system documentation when OEM tech data is unavailable.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Designs and develops script storyboards, lesson specifications, courseware products, instructor-led training, interactive courseware, and all supporting documents.
Works closely with management to track cost performance and effectiveness of cost control initiatives.
Coordinate, track and execute multiple tasks simultaneously for team events, training, meetings, professional development, program reviews, and finance
Assist with annual/monthly financial and personnel analysis tasks
Coordinate between Program Managers and Directors to assist in facilitating continuity of operations
Assist with organization and management of organizational information
Assist Program Managers and Directors to ensure conformance with program task schedule and cost
Support remote personnel at multiple locations - field questions or requests and coordinate with appropriate on-site staff to find the answers or satisfy the request. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Ability to read and interpret USG contract documents and program requirements such as operating and troubleshooting instructions, standard operating procedures, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to Interface with subject matter experts for course content and relevancy of material.
Advanced Computer Skills with Microsoft Office and specifically using Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
Experience with enterprise Deltek CostPoint preferred.
Expert knowledge of purchasing and logistics functions to support aviation activities for the USG.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as government regulations and standards, instructions/ policy and guidance, work instructions, process maps, and procedure manuals.
Experience with manned or unmanned aircraft fleet management.
Experience with supporting Contractor Logistics Support maintenance operations; to include experience in acquisition and logistics support for fixed wing & rotary wing aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems and missile systems preferred.
Ability to create custom reports and perform data analysis.
Experience working within program cost, schedule, and performance.
Proficient in the MS Office Suite, Access, Project, and Word.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel to include use of formulas, troubleshooting errors, and pivot tables.
Additional Duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of relevant post-degree experience. Will substitute experience for degree.
