The Configuration Analyst will support product development and solutions across a variety of mission critical systems deployed around the world that address our customer's needs in the field of counter unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) detection and mitigation by implement ing and maintain ing a Configuration Management system for system hardware and software in accordance with ANSI/EIA-649B, MIL-STD 3046 , best practices and DoD, Army, and TENCAP guidance . What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement a Configuration Management Strategy which includes processes that support rapid development and production of software source code and electronic hardware
P erform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable
C oordinate and conduct the Configuration Control Board (CCB) meeting s
Lead or participate on cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Bill-of Materials (BOMs) and work with the teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings, schematics, and documentation
Update existing change systems and support updates to the configuration systems
Applies comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles, methods, techniques, and best practices to configuration management and change management
Provide guidance and training to managers, site leads, engineers, and systems and network administrators regarding change procedures What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of directly related experience
Working knowledge of configuration management and data management principles.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and working under pressure for quick-reaction projects
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with all levels of staff and outside personnel What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience with configuration management of hardware design, mechanical design, and production hardware.
Experience in configuration management in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with configuration management for complex systems and flight hardware
Familiarity with complex electronic systems, preferably electronic warfare (EW) systems and/or software-defined radios and associated subsystems.
