We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Analyst to join our team! The Intelligence analyst will engage mission partners and the Intelligence Community (IC) to research, develop, integrate, and test, tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination capabilities. They work as a part of the advanced software development team to provide intelligence and electronic support sensors and participate in maintaining a signal library while ensuring the data accurately reflects the current operational environment for use in a counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) supporting the TENCAP E3I mission. What You'll Be Doing: Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
Research, authors, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
Monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for adversarial capabilities related to the TENCAP mission
Collaborate closely with FISINT Analysts regarding adversarial signal library
Develop and maintain a signals priority list as informed by Government priorities
Develop and maintain an automated Cross Domain Enterprise Solution (CDES) for the synchronization of data What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, History, Law Enforcement or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of intelligence community (IC) experience or military collection or reporting experience.
Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings.
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Possession of a recent polygraph highly desirable.
Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
