We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GEOINT Analyst to join our team! The GEOINT analyst will engage mission partners and the Intelligence Community (IC) apply their skills to research, develop, engineer, prototype, test and accomplish systems integration for future upgrades to TENCAP systems. They focus on finding solutions that will exploit GEO Space data, intelligence information, and capabilities from national and theater systems to support Army tactical commanders through PORs, QRCs, prototypes, Special Access Programs (SAPs), testbeds, and other identified efforts for use in counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) supporting the TENCAP E3I mission. What You'll Be Doing: Identify, develop, adapt, and refine classified national capabilities related to GEO Spatial data for tactical application, and enable transition and integration of unique tactical capabilities into national systems and architectures
Develop multi-INT exploitation plan to address requirement EEis and RFls in an efficient and effective manner.
Provide feedback to staff leadership, team analysts, and customers on overall production status, challenges, and findings.
Coordinate production plans with multi-organizational mission partners.
Conduct exploitation, development, and distribution of geospatial intelligence products to support customer missions
Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance
Compile and maintain imagery and target data
Prepare maps, charts, reports, and geo-spatial intelligence
Provide analysis and research of industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities
Perform quality control of GEOINT reports before release
Exploit and analyze multi-sensor imagery and geospatial data What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI
Experience with commercial and national collection systems and imagery formats, and GEOINT software tools
Knowledge of DoD and DON policies, operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations
Knowledge of policies and procedures regarding the analysis and collection of GEOINT
Knowledge of geospatial collections processes, including Collections Requirements Management (CRM) and Collections Operations Management (COM)
Ability to analyze and exploit synthetic aperture radar, multispectral, electro-optical, and thermal imagery
Ability to exploit and manipulate geophysical data sets and employ them in analysis, and produce tactical and theater GEOINT products
Ability to develop concept documents, conceptual roadmaps, and transition plans for new and emerging technologies What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Possession of a recent polygraph highly desirable.
Master's degree and 8+ years experience processing and exploiting scientific/technical intelligence data.
Demonstrated ability to perform imagery exploitation/analysis and address air/space/counterspace requirements.
Proficiency in the exploitation of a variety of imagery data types, including Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), spectral imagery, and thermal imagery, to produce actionable intelligence.
Proven track record in production management, with the skills to oversee the creation and dissemination of intelligence products, ensure quality control, and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
