DCS develops Robotic Technology Kernel (RTK), which is the Ground Vehicle Systems Center's (GVSC) library of modular software package that can be used for common ground autonomy software. The United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), located in Warren, Michigan, is the United States Armed Forces' research and development facility for advanced technology in ground systems. GVSC is dedicated to getting robotics capability into the hands of Soldiers.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead software development of an agile team providing autonomous solutions to different ground vehicle programs.

Along with software development perform in-vehicle integration topics for the autonomous ground vehicle systems.

Act as a team's Agile Master.

Champion software development workflow while working with other scrum masters and product owners of RTK.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security clearance.

BS in Computer science, EE/CE with at least 8 years of software development experience.

Proficient experience with C++/C.

Previously demonstrated agile experience, as an active agile team member or preferably as an agile master.

Experience working with GIT, Docker, Bitbucket, Jira, SIL.

Desired Skills:

Experience in implementing DO-178C (SDP, SVP etc.) or ISO26262 processes.

Robotics and autonomous systems experience e.g ROS.

Experience working with C, Python, Java.
