Job Innova Solutions is currently seeking a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR with an Active Secret Clearance to serve in a Data Center in Church Falls, VA. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and testing Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and Integrated Electronic Systems. This position is maintained at a single work location in the Washington D.C. area. Candidates must be flexible in schedule, neat in appearance, able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Punctuality, attendance, a willingness to learn, and an ability to work well with others are key to success in this role.

Location: Onsite in Church Falls, VA
Pay Range: $120-130K/year KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze physical security system performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage physical security system support to meet service level agreements.
• Program and coordinate the installation of new physical security systems across multiple teams and locations.
• Working knowledge of engineering building drawings and engineering programming sheets for physical security IDS devices in the construction/security industry.
• Maintain detailed documentation on all system modifications completed through ticketing system.
• Resolve complex system issues for physical security systems and networks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer correspondence, SOP, and Outage documentation.
• Triage customer support calls, providing Tier 2 escalation as needed.
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, technicians, and technical specialists.
• Train system users and other system support personnel as needed.
• Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance actions, including system back-ups, error log reviews, database size analysis, and integrity checks.
• Organize and prepare detailed documentation of system performance, including service request records and analysis.
• Perform desktop hardware and operating system set-up, imaging software loading, and antivirus updates.
• Implementation of Server and Workstation patching and STIG remediation
• Perform all duties with minimal direct supervision. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Active Secret Security Clearance: This is a non-negotiable requirement for working with sensitive government systems and information.
• Education: Computer Science, Engineering Degree, or a Related Technical Discipline
• Master's Degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience, or bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of progressive experience
• System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, implementing new workstations, and system extensions.
• Industry experience with CCTV.
• 6 + years of experience programming/administrating Physical Access Control Systems.
• Understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows active directory hierarchy and implementation.
• Basic knowledge of large-scale networking, VLANS and routing.
• Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer.
• Ability to work flexible shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Minimal travel
• At least one access control system certification.
• Microsoft Windows Operating System certification.
• Minimum of Security + Certification, CASP, or CISSP certification preferred.
• Strong English oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Desired / Advantageous Qualifications:
• CertificationExperience in CCure 9000 Access Control System
• CertificationExperience in AMAG Access Control System.
• CertificationExperience in BOSCH BVMS.
• Data center experience - a large plus
• Microsoft SQL Server Query writing and management experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Server (2016,2019).
• Install and load system operating software.
• Experience programming/administrating Access Control Systems of any type.
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and testing of security electronics equipment. Abilities:
