12 Month Contract

Pay rate: $50-75/hr W2 -Multiple Openings

US Citizenship Required

Essential Functions:
Review and translate engineering documents from semiconductor equipment manufacturers to facility design document for construction.
Create new and manage existing construction designs and layouts that meets semiconductor industry and safety regulation.
Produce 2D and 3D equipment point to point diagrams and connections for semiconductor equipment.
Assess electrical, mechanical and exhaust connections and manage their relationships to existing building connections (base build).

Position is 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications:
A candidate must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:
Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant semiconductor experience; Associate degree with 4 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
Drafting experience using CAD software (AutoCAD).
Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Have practical understanding and application of safety regulations, standards, principles, theories, and techniques.
Strong Project Management skills.
Strong competency in industrial construction trades.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Ability to prioritize a variety of activities for timely response and results.
Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communications skills.
Previous experience working in a union environment.
Previous experience working with hazardous process inputs.
