Flight Operations Intern with Security Clearance

JOB TITLE: FLIGHT OPERATIONS INTERN DEPARTMENT: FLIGHT OPERATIONS REPORTS TO: FLIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPT Primary Function: Assist the flight operations team with updating and editing flight documents and detachments Duties/Responsibilities: Help with the overall planning and logistics related to Vanilla flight operations
Assure the accuracy and completeness of all work assignments
Assists with quality assurance of all products
Troubleshoots and quality review of manuals Flight tracking and monitoring of flight view systems
Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
Support Propulsions Systems Analyst as needed
Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements: Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Unmanned and Autonomous Systems
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Availability to go on detachments and fly airplane
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience working with SharePoint Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
