Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior PROFORMA SIGINT Analyst to support the engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems, C4ISR systems, and future technology. Work is performed at our Denver area location, ideal additions to this team will be broadly experienced across a variety of Tech-SIGINT data types and intelligence disciplines and are highly motivated problem-solvers. About the job: Provides PROFORMA signal collection and analysis support for national/tactical level customers across multiple Areas of Operational Responsibility (AORs).
Works with the customer, Grey Matters Defense Solutions engineering elements, and Intelligence Community partners to ensure operational requirements are being met and analysis directly supports development efforts.
Performs multi-INT research to assess PROFORMA capabilities, forecast future technical initiatives and battlefield effectiveness, for use in identifying adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) process for the development effort.
Work closely with IC and DOD partners to ensure the TCPED effort meets our customer and development needs.
Analyze PROFORMA signals in order to characterize modulation, multiplexing, forward error control, randomization, protocol analysis to include bit-level analysis and payload identification.
Must have exceptional communication skills and function effectively within a team as well as independently.
Dedication to the mission and an ability to generate creative solutions to hard mission problems is a must.
Willingness to travel in support of exercises, surge support, etc. as needed to support Customer requirements. About you: An active Top Secret security clearance
15+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience
451 and 452 Advanced Signals Analysis Training
5+ years of Operational and/or Technical PROFORMA capability experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and customers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of initiative and motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
Demonstrated ability to bring new or innovative solutions to problemsPreferred Skills: Broad community knowledge of sensors and disciplines and the ability to leverage and communicate this signals analysis experience to teammates and customers.
Experience with tools such as CHAUEE, M2EXTRA, SIGHUB, VINTAGE HARVEST, PERSEUS, CTF, SEDB.
Understanding of Sensor to Shooter processes, timelines and the overall Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) process
Experience in processing and visualizing data and an understanding of the processes and procedures necessary to automation F2T2EA functions
Knowledge of customer workflows, data, and processing tools to perform limited analytics and tools integration
