As a Dynamics and Controls Engineer, you will: Provide analysis in the areas of dynamics using physics based modeling and simulation.
Create mathematical models including Matlab and Simulink. Resolve any design or production related manufacturing issues that arise unexpectedly in a timely manner. Interact with internal customers to meet Technical, Schedule, and Budget needs. Why You'll Want This Job:

This position is a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely, so there is plenty of support for new staff onboarding and project team collaboration. You'll get to work on Research and Development projects to conceptualize and create the latest technology. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Dynamics and Controls and 2+ years relevant experience We may consider candidates with less experience for a more junior role or more experience for a more senior role
Experience in design, analysis, simulation and development of physical system models
Solid understanding of underlying principles of applied mathematics and vehicle dynamics
Experience in analysis and simulation with Matlab / Simulink
Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Ph.D. degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Dynamics and Controls
Active secret security clearance
Experience modeling and simulating vehicles, engines, electric motors, batteries and component controls
Autonomous vehicle system experience is preferred
Proven record of problem solving and helping the company to meet its customer demands Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
