The majority of the ASG workforce maintains TS/SCI clearances and holds technical degrees with significant experience serving and developing not only highly specialized systems for DoD, national, and civilian customers, but architecting, delivering, and sustaining end-to-end mission solutions worldwide. The National Solutions division develops, fields, operates, and sustains RF collection systems and specializes in geolocation, advanced SIGINT processing, analysis, and reporting systems for national customers. The Tactical Solutions division focuses on developing, delivering, and sustaining SIGINT systems for worldwide fielded forces, including traditional data collection, analysis, and reporting to cognitive early warning/electronic attack and fixed and mobile counter-UAS (c-UAS) systems.
The Space Operations and Resiliency division provides operations, sustainment, and modernization support to a worldwide network of ground-to-space antennas; develops leading-edge enterprise ground solutions; and provides onsite operational support to launch, on-orbit, and space battle management for DoD, national, and civilian customers.
What You'll get to Do: Be part of a fast-paced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) mission that makes a difference to the warfighter on a daily basis. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver new capabilities while learning the mission and growing into a key engineering role. You will get to be part of a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field tactical SIGINT collection systems to the DoD. Duties and Responsibilities: Support various projects across US Navy and Air Force team.
Work with highly motivated technical teammates that will support and push you and will expect reciprocal action on your part. Responsible for the technical accuracy on software projects for specific customer programs, tracking delivery schedules, CDRL delivery, and performing factory acceptance testing of new hardware and software.
Pushing the software baseline forward by continuing process improvement and using agile software development process.
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools in support of DoD customer. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of related experience is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Current TS clearance and able to obtain SCI
Must have experience with all stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC): Concept of Operations (CONOPS), requirements development, design, verification and validation testing, quality assurance, system integration, and operations support; including the development of requirements directly with stakeholders, as well as the development and execution of test plans/procedures.
Experience designing, analyzing, testing, and verifying information and operational support systems for DoD customer from inception to support and operations and the ability to present technical information to numerous stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal skills to generate CDRLs for customer delivery.
Experience with managing and documenting system configurations.
Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, multimeter etc.)
Must know the basic commands and navigation of the Linux operating system. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: Ability to configure a variety of hardware components.
Experience in coordination and installation of systems to customer locations.
Experience with C-UAS and/or RF software and hardware systems.
Experience with DSP software and hardware.
Understanding of SDR (Software Defined Radio) systems.
Experience with computer networking infrastructure products such as servers, switches, firewalls, and routers.
Experience developing UML/SysML models with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as a Cameo Systems Modeler Experience
Experience with agile development programs and supporting applications (e.g., JIRA, Mingle).
Experience with return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, defining help desk decision trees, and submitting purchase orders.
Experience with NIST RMF-800-53.
Experience with test automation
Experience with machine learning
