We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Permanent Senior Relay Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of relay systems, with a particular focus on solar power and solar energy systems. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sustainable energy and has a strong background in electrical engineering, specifically in power system modeling and controls design.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Relay Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Designing, developing, and testing relay systems, with a focus on solar power and solar energy systems.
2. Conducting detailed power system modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency.
3. Developing and implementing controls design strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
4. Configuring and optimizing relay settings to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power system.
5. Collaborating with a team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.
6. Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of the industry.
8. Providing leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or higher will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in relay engineering, with a strong focus on solar power and solar energy systems.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.

8. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
