The Opportunity: You're an expert in analyzing geospatial and imagery data, but you don't want to sit behind the same desk all day, you want to interact directly with the warfighters in-country. We're looking for you, a geospatial analyst who can provide geospatial and imagery analysis on a rotating deployment schedule. You will have the opportunity to provide support in-theater to work with and understand the needs of your end customers. Using tools like ArcGIS, QTModeler, and SocetGXP, you will take data from multiple sources to provide geospatial and imagery intelligence solutions, including density graphics, heat maps, and terrain analyses. You will also have opportunities to expand your skills with te chn ical training to build your own tool kit and learn new te chn ologies like full motion video ( FMV ) , Python Scripting, and JEMA modeling. Whether deploying individually or as a team, your direct support to in-theater operations will provide you with continuous insight and feedback from the warfighters who depend on your products and analysis. You Have: 3+ years of experience with Geospatial Analysis 1+ years of experience with Counterproliferation, such as counter WMD or CBW Experience with producing 3D models and visualizations of buildings, terrain, or equipment by utilizing all forms of imagery, including NTM, commer cia l, airborne, Google Sketch-Up sof tware, or RealSite Experience with ArcGIS or ArcPro, QT Modeler, the Integrated Exploitation Capability ( IEC ), RemoteView, or SocetGXP Knowledge of digital cartography, image processing, computer te chn ology, geographic information systems ( GIS ) , geospatial production te chn iques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry Ability to annotate Map Graphics, displaying geospatial data according to a provided format, including all pertinent reference information, such as scale, geolocation indicators, legend, title, classification, and projection information Ability to process and analyze geospatial data to solve intelligence problems Ability to process Geospatial Data layers to retrieve data from appropriate sources, including ArcGIS, Excel, or Pathfinder, and format it for inclusion into a geospatial database or Geospatial data viewer, such as ArcGIS or FalconView TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with Activity Based Intelligence and data science Experience with the extraction of feature data using NTM, Mapping, Charting, and Geodesy ( MC & G ) Stereo Imagery, Digital Point Positioning Database ( DPPDB ) , or Orth Rectified Mono Equivalent , including Precise Terrain and Ortho Product ( PTOP ) , Mr. Sid Orth Rectified Geotiffs ( MSOG ) , Precise Orth Rectified Image Datasets ( POl D ) , and Controlled Image Base ( CIB ) Experience with identifying, compiling, and assessing geospatial and imagery data sets in support of requirements Knowledge of the DoD and the intelligence community ( IC ) Ability to create, update, and manage geospatial information system databases and products Ability to c ond uct quality control checks without significant errors GPC PL-II ( GA ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
