Our Protected Communications Systems (PCS) business, which delivers Resilient National, Strategic, and Tactical Communication Solutions and Integrated C3 Mission Capability Solutions to the US and Allied Nations, is seeking a skilled Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analyst to manage the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program. What You Will Do Provide program financial leadership and support and who possesses strong knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, analysis, and compliance.
Work closely with key program and cross-functional leaders to analyze performance variance to targets and to exercise solid risk and opportunity management practices.
Own all financial aspects of the program and help the program team follow finance policy and procedure to ensure program compliance as required by the contract and by company policy.
Manage the program P&L and execute a variety of program/financial control activities.
Support quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), monthly forecast reviews, Ops/Business reviews, EVMS compliance, and all required internal/external monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting. Support of the monthly forecast process to accurately forecast bookings, sales, profit, and cash, and support balance sheet analysis and cash management.
Assist in training other members of the team.
May require domestic travel 1-2 times a year. Qualifications You Must Have Financial and program controls experience Professional experience of applied EVMS principles and DOD reporting requirements. Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance is required prior to start date U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions
Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types
Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
