Job Description HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Analyst. The MPE Analyst provides senior programmatic, operational, and technical expertise and support to the DoD Executive Agent (EA) for DoD's Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Combined, Joint All-Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) Operations Office roles and responsibilities within the SAF/AAIC and SAF/CDMX Mission Partner Coordination Office (MPCO). Essential Job Responsibilities
• Conduct collection, analysis, and management of C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related data and products
• Generate C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related briefings and analytical products
• Coordinate w/LOE 5 Co-OPR & w/Task OPRs on construction and provision of LOE 5 Task deliverables
• Conduct/Support JADC2 LOE 5 Risk Management process
• Conduct/Support JADC2 LOE 5 IMS development and management process
• Conduct/Support Knowledge Management of C5ISR/MPE/JADC2 data/products What we are looking for Applicants must possess experience and expertise in developing, implementing, and enabling governance, portfolio management, technical policy review, executive-level analysis, strategic planning, and executive-level operational support. In addition, we're looking for individuals with strong senior-level staffing skills, executive correspondence/ghostwriting for executives, and helpful experience working within DoD, Joint Staff, Services, and Support Agencies and/or acquisitions, JCIDS, or PPBE process. Minimum Qualifications
• 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 13 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.

• Clearance: Must possess an active TS clearance and have SCI eligibility. Preferred Requirements
• Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of the US Defense Combatant Commands (CCMD), CCMD Joint Intelligence Operation Centers and coalition interoperability • Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data-sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
• Commonly used cross-domain transfer options and technologies
