Job Description HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a security specialist in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Position(s) will be based at global Army training site in For Cavazos, TX. This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Job Responsibilities Security Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining security protocols for contractor personnel, including clearance verification, building access procedures, badge and CAC issuance. This role entails contributing to the Project Staffing Plan to manage cross-utilization while ensuring security integrity, and drafting the Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, addressing security concerns and coordinating knowledge transfer. Integrates security tasks within the Transition-In IMS and ensure optimal security practices during the transition phases. Develops security measures within the QMP to track service metrics, aligning with cost, performance, and schedule goals, and oversees the secure handling of GFI and technical documentation. Additionally, they provide security input on property and facility management as part of the TDP, ensuring that security considerations are woven throughout technical direction and project execution. They also assist in the proper classification, indexing, and updating of security documents within the Library to maintain confidentiality and integrity, adhering to government regulations. Minimum Qualifications 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Requirements Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
