Job Summary: We are hiring a Configuration Management Specialist to support program efforts for the Next-Generation Jammer (NGJ-MB) program for a government customer. Ideal candidate has NAVAIR experience and has meticulous attention to detail and is able to work independently. Duties: Writes, collects, consolidates, and interprets data pertaining to System Engineering Team
Track program and contract status and schedules
Conduct configuration management for NGJ-MB Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for System Engineering team in SharePoint:
Update CDRL tracker, notify Configuration Management (CM) analyst of SharePoint administrative changes, Sends CDRL review reminders to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), review/accept/reject SME comments in tool, Notifies Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs)/Deputy Integrated Program Team Leads (DIPTLs) of CDRLs ready to be dispositioned
Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) software analyst (unclassified/classified): updates software with agreed upon requirement changes determined during Verification Approval Boards (VABs) and Requirement Management Boards (RMBs)
Update verification tracker, creates individual Specification Compliance Summary Sheets (SCSSs) for signature
Lead for NGJ-MB Extended (MBX) CDRLs:
Maintain CDRL matrix for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) effort by continuing to track/manage/update information
Coordinate/schedule/track meetings for System Engineering team Lead for updating all documentation during line by line review meetings with SMEs and CM team
Format documentation, briefs and forms using Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro or Microsoft PowerPoint
Coordinate/Consolidate/track team inputs for final documentation/briefs/forms Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of experience in configuration management
Demonstrated experience managing Software Trouble Reports and Software Configuration
Familiar with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) software
Proficient in MS SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Pro
Able to generate professional reports, briefs, and professional communication for senior leaders Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field or 3 years of related experience
Familiar with NGJ-MB program and configuration management documentation
