To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description HII Mission Technologies is seeking a quality military veteran or IC Agency counterpart to join our team supporting customer operations in the Honolulu area. This position is for a Military Analyst (Military Operations Analyst 3), providing operational support of Identity Management (IdM) physical and virtual activities. The Military Analyst will work independently or in small group situations, developing risk management assessments and recommendations to fulfill IdM requirements. The Military Analyst works closely with the customer to anticipate future requirements and develops and evaluates plans for projects or program activities that meet the urgent operational needs of the command. Additionally, the Military Analyst will use best practices and ingenuity to assess and recommend the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve problems. The incumbent must possess a thorough knowledge of applicable operational mission areas and national defense requirements. Under the direction of the designated HII project manager, and within the scope of work, the Military Analyst will perform multi-faceted sensitive assignments requiring the analysis and synthesis of complex systems and assigned projects supporting the customer. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop, review, process, and execute IdM policy recommendations to government senior-level staff, based on a comprehensive analysis that utilizes the tenets, principles, and DoD directives associated with IdM methodologies. Applies operational background and experience to develop and implement assessments, operational theory, and identity management principles in order to solve current and/or future mission needs or to correct problem areas. As directed, initiates and develops operational concepts in specialty field, and develops effective implementation plans. Plans, develops, and coordinates, several small complex projects.
Identify and assess OPSEC posture and provide and implement risk management strategies. Demonstrates superior writing and presentation skills to develop briefings, documents, papers, conceptual, and analytical reports for clients.
Will operate in joint and / or DoD unique environments.
Will provide direction, training, and assistance to other program staff, as an expert in a particular field of study. Maintains and complies with security procedures in the performance of duties.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of intelligence/IdM experience. Experience may be substituted for education.
Experience within the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), SOF, or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, All Source Analysis.
Experience with various techniques applied to IdM methodologies.
Knowledge of various open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more CCMD AORs.
Experience in Surveillance Detection Route (SDR) and Counter-surveillance planning.
TS/SCI clearance is required with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of intelligence/IdM experience. Experience may be substituted for education.
DoD or military service special agent credentialing course.
DoD or military service intelligence analyst producing course.
DoD or military service training in SDR/Fieldcraft.
Experience with Special Operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of OSINT techniques, open source databases, and digital behaviors.
Knowledge of established IdM and OPSEC plans.
Successful completion of the following JCITA courses: Advanced Planners Course (APC), Advanced Technicians Course (ATC), Due Diligence Course (DDC), or Foundations of Sensitive Support (FOSS) course.
Other: Position may require supporting multiple DoD customers. Must be able to travel to points within the designated area of responsibility on an "as required" basis. Current/active US Passport and medically cleared to deploy.
