Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Space (CEW&S) is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to help support our team in Vienna,VA. We are looking for a growth Program Manager (PM) to be responsible for capturing and managing programs and activities with our US government customers in the intelligence community. These efforts involve hardware/software engineering development and deployment. The PM be tasked with managing customer relationships and developing new programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. The individual will also develop/manage budgets and operating plans for the business area as well as manage/develop proposals. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need to have prior experience in both program management and business growth. Essential Job Responsibilities Supervision of program personnel to successfully achieve technical and financial program objectives:
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Pursuing and securing new business to grow the product line
• Collaborating with project engineers to write and submit reports
• Creating and managing long-term goals
• Developing a budget and operating plans for the programs
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Developing PowerPoint briefing presentations, whitepapers, and proposals as required
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
• Analyzing program risks
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance
• Seeking to increase revenue by remaining alert to new business opportunities or expansion of business with the customer and advising senior operations management
• Working on program and customer strategy with the leadership team Minimum Qualifications BS and a minimum of 10 years of similar experience working in the Intelligence community market space or a Masters and 8+ years experience Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
