What's in it for you?
- Pay: $50 - $55/hr. (Negotiable)
- Shift: Monday to Friday.

Job Description
- Lead technical activities and oversight for large-scale network projects.
- Utilize tools like Planet EV and Atoll for link budget analysis and site location proposals.
- Recommend parameter changes and feature activations using tools like TEMS and Actix.
- Implement RAN features, optimize handovers, and enhance uplink tuning.
- Manage projects independently and coordinate with various Ericsson departments.
REQUIRED
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience with BSEE/BSCS or equivalent.
- Proven leadership in at least four projects, including one large-scale project.
- Experience with 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, 4G LTE, IOT, and CBRS.
- Proficiency with Planet EV, Atoll, and ACP tools.
- Expertise in tools like TEMS investigation and Actix, with a deep understanding of layer 3 messages.
