Training Specialist/Instructor with Security Clearance

Description USI is seeking a Training Specialist/Instructor to support the training of Expeditionary Facilities and Equipment Programs such as Airfield Damage Repair (ADR), Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR), and Hardened Infrastructure Protection for Persistent Operations (HIPPO). The position's place of duty is at the Air Force Civil Engineering Center, Tyndall Air Force Base. Prior to the start of work, the candidate must have a secret security clearance. Principal Duties: Excellent customer service skills, patience, attentiveness, clear communication skills, time management, and ability to use positive language to interact with customers on behalf of an organization. Proficiency in computer skills to work and maintain SharePoint, websites, input data, and perform trend analysis using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience in fielding, maintaining, and operating Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS). Experience developing and delivering formalized training materials such as Points of Instruction (POI), lesson plans, workbooks, briefing slides, exercises, and evaluation criteria is highly desired. Requirements Associate degree and 10 years in the US military (Air Force preferred)
