Job Description 5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is a growing defense contractor headquartered in Round Rock, TX with over twenty years' experience providing systems and software engineering for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Systems Engineering Technical Support to Government Program Offices. 5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is seeking a highly motivated candidate in support of our customer located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, who will serve as the Program Integrator to a Product Manager supporting the Business Financial Manager (BFM) with: Objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency
Operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments. Serve as expert planner and coordinator
Advisor for the Product Managers (PdM) and Deputy Product Managers (DPdM) regarding Business and Financial Management
Management and general oversight for budget, acquisition, cost, and EVM functions aspects of all current and future projects. Provided leadership via coordination, review, and direction. Ensure top priorities are met by communicating effectively.
PM IFMC Product offices on all business, financial, contract, logistics and technical management activities associated IBCS/Patriot hardware and software development. This will include coordination with PdM contracts, budget, acquisition and systems engineering teams for develop of independent cost estimates, contracts requirement packages, acquisitions strategies and technical solutions and paths ahead.
Assessing long-range factors in their potential to affect programmatic or technical progress of the project.
Periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine status of overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination of orderly phasing of all actions and cost, schedule, and performance risk; identify alternative risk mitigation approaches; and ascertain appropriate action required to maintain or improve project schedules. Experience and Skills US Citizenship
US Secret Security Clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience: 10+ years minimum
Fluency in Microsoft Office Products
Understanding of Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems
Ability to travel when required
Experience with the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) and future sensors and launchers is a plus.
