Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled General Engineer to provide engineering analysis and technical expertise for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Program. The successful candidate will utilize operational expertise to contribute to the capabilities production, ensuring that all requirements and documentation are meticulously analyzed and maintained for optimal performance and traceability. Key Responsibilities: Serves as SME for management of requirement verification and documentation.
Provide comprehensive engineering analysis and technical expertise on the Next Generation Jammer Program.
Utilize operational expertise to deliver detailed analysis and engineering input to the Capabilities Production Document (CPD).
Conduct thorough traceability analysis to Capstone documents, including the Mission Needs Statement (MNS), Operational Requirements Document (ORD), and the Capability Development Document (CDD).
Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions to enhance the NGJ Program's capabilities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations throughout the engineering process.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical discussions to drive program success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in engineering analysis and technical support, preferably within defense or aerospace sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex technical information clearly.
Familiarity with Capstone documents such as MNS, ORD, and CDD, and experience conducting traceability analysis.
